The idea of starting this bakery came to life while two friends were traveling from Washington, DC to New Jersey and discussing life. Jasmine Ross, owner and baker, realized she wanted to do something she loved and work for self. Next thing she knew, she was enrolled at the International Culinary Center and receiving her certificate in Pastry Arts. A few years later, Baked By Jazz was born.
